I don't care if they were once on his side, as long as they are against him today and are a major thorn in his side, I will accept their criticism of him.

It doesn't mean that I like or admire him, just that I happen to realize the value of yet another former lackey turning against "The Chosen One". Knowing how Trump reacts to disloyalty, this must really get under his skin.
