When Obamacare was passed, it was after grueling negotiations with Republicans.

And what did the Republicans lament afterwards?

They lamented that Obama "rammed" his big black Obamacare "down their throats" and that he did so "in the middle of the night".

Using the conjuring imagery of sexual violence, predation, victimization, helplessness against an enemy who threatens their worldview that in order to win you must vanquish an enemy with overpowering male oriented language.
