Dorian gets personal, and Chump cancels his trip to Poland.
When the storm was "just" threatening Puerto Rico and the islands, no thought of making a change. Now that Dorian is headed for Mar-a-Lago, Chump is staying home and sending Pencie in his stead.
Maybe he has a point - with all his hot air, perhaps he can blow the storm off coast.
