Last I saw on twitter, he hadn't been seen in public for 72 hours.

Seriously. You can also notice it when he is standing with his arms down, they hang in front of his thighs as opposed to them lining up with sides of his legs.

What I noticed about the video is how short of breath he is. Some of that "sniffing" noise is him inhaling thru his nose for breath to keep speaking.
