Ryan voted against because he said it did nothing to address our long term deficit problem. And, of course, Obama "slashed" medicare by agreeing with precisely the same cost reductions Romney supported in the Ryan budget, cost reductions that 98% of Congressional Republicans voted for. And Obama "gutted" welfare Reform by making a minor change that Republican governors, included Mitt Romney, had requested that he make.

But this is nothing new...
