Im getting a bit of this in the posts.
I live in Florida and lost my home and property to Irma. I understand your need to shove the facts of global warming in the faces of the ignorant.
But still... there are many of us who would rather appreciate your kind words and support right now.
Dont wish for our homes to blow away to make a point just now.

And here is a hug. I think most people are not seriously wishing for a hurricane to hit Florida. They are just forgetting that this is not a movie; it is a real state with real people and their real lives and homes we are talking about. I am sure that almost everybody on DU will join me in hoping that everybody in Florida gets through this ordeal safely.
