Tomorrow LEO statewide can try to figure out who's the bad guy.
It didn't work in El Paso and it won't work statewide.
Let me offer thoughts and prayers for today and for the massacres to come.

(57,014 posts)The police department in Midland, located just northeast of Odessa, also reported that they were searching for two suspected shooters in two separate vehicles.
At 5:29 p.m., Midland Police said the suspected shooter was shot and killed at the Cinergy, a movie theater.
It has been confirmed that the active shooter was shot and killed at the Cinergy in Odessa, Midland police said in a statement. There is no active shooter at this time. All agencies are investigating reports of possible suspects.
At least 20 people were injured in the shootings, Midland Mayor Jerry Morales told the New York Times. CBS 7, a local news station in Odessa, also reported 20 people injured, citing city officials.
Odessa police said a suspect hijacked a U.S. Postal Service mail carrier truck and was last near the intersection of 38th and Walnut Ave.
Midland police said one suspect was at Cinergy, according to a Facebook post published just before 4 p.m. They also said they received reports of an active shooter at a Home Depot in Odessa.
The Midland police said that the suspects were driving a USPS postal vehicle that had been hijacked and a gold/white small Toyota truck.
The University of Texas of the Permian Basin, located in Odessa, was placed on lockdown as police searched for the suspects.
Democratic presidential candidate Beto ORourke, a Texas native, tweeted his support to the people of Midland and Odessa.
Four weeks earlier, ORourke took a break from his campaign to return to his hometown of El Paso after a deadly mass shooting there left 22 dead.
Our hearts are with Midland, Odessa, and everyone in West Texas who has to endure this again. More information is forthcoming, but heres what we know: We need to end this epidemic. https://t.co/ytWLcg7y20
