You want an AR-15, sure, insurance starts at $2,500 a month per weapon
Also a special license for ammo

The NRA offered a policy like that, "Carry Guard" for if a toter got sued for shooting someone...turns out it's literally illegal to insure against unlawful acts, in NYS at least:
