"Honestly I couldn't begin to articulate"

You are entitled to your opinion (which you won't bother to articulate) but you have noticed perhaps that you're the ONLY voice here crying "just get on with it?" Maybe you should stick to American football? Seems to be about your level.

And look how successful that was for him!

Johnson needs to be voted out. I don't understand the British Parliamentary procedures well enough to understand how all of this works. Which means that I don't understand how this guy got to be PM in the first place.
Come on England! Do it!

A friend of mine is British and she lives in Italy. If Brexit happens, it will be a nightmare for her.

Although his constituency is in London, it did vote Leave. He also won more than 50% of the vote the last two elections.

It will probably take tactical voting and for Labour to step aside... to make this seat a clear Remain/Leave general election "referendum" with Tory vs Lib Dems.

Prime Minister is typically the leader of the political party that got most seats. Similar to how the US Speaker of the House is chosen.

It would take all the opposition together to get a bigger group and to do that there would have to be a vote of no confidence, and the leader of said larger group would then go to the Queen to request to form a government.

If Jeremy Corbyn was a unifying figure then it'd be easy. However that isn't going to happen; Lib Dems won't do it (they got burned with the last coalition). SNP likely not to do it.

Boris Johnson's Tories, along with DUP support, still have the largest group but not an overall majority.

<snip>
Boris Johnson needs to continue as prime minister until November 20 to avoid becoming the shortest-serving PM in UK history.

On that date he will overtake George Canning, who clocked up 118 days as prime minister before his death in 1827, and who holds the record for the shortest time in office.

Mr Johnson is currently on 41 days.
