And it's all paid for out of our tax dollars. It doesn't cost Trump a penny. Even better, his golf course gets to charge the Secret Service for golf carts, refreshments, etc., with the money benefiting Trump.

I would love to see the House release detailed information on exactly how much is spent on all of these Trump trips. How much tax payer dollars are spent at each Trump property. Government Employees are expected to adhere to the GSA lodging and per diem rates assigned to the various states. I would guess that Trump charges way more that then approved GSA rate. As a state employee, I am personally responsible if I exceed GSA rates if I travel.

There should be a way to prevent the Trump family from continuing to rip off the American taxpayers.

Congress funds the Executive branch, but doesn't get into the details of Presidential travel and details like that. Presidents have a good deal of discretionary control over a bunch of money. Trump uses indiscretionary controls. Besides, congress doesn't seem that interested in clamping down on Trump's personal expenditures.

Trump has had free reign over such things all along. That's probably not going to change during his term. It might change for the next President, though.
