Trump thinks the media will desperately miss him when he leaves office.

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/trump-ill-have-my-revenge-when-i-leave-office

"I don't know why they hate me," he says. "I guess it's because I'm an outsider. I did something no one else had ever done. It's about power."

O'Reilly asks Trump why he believes the media — "these powerful people" — are so "devious."

"I think about it all the time," he replies. But, he says, "In one way it's positive. It shows that I can take it."

Trump also said something he has said several times before, that the media will financially suffer when he's gone. But he said in it in a different way in his interview with O'Reilly.

"You know, the media doesn't care if they hurt families," he said. But when I leave office, I'll have my revenge. ... Without Trump, what have they got?"

for those folks. And none of the current Dem candidates are anywhere near as goofy-looking and eminently caricaturable as Fat Nixon is.

they can write about him all they want. Who cares about him. Can’t imagine anyone interested in him or his dreadful spawn or what “Melanie” is doing. The world will smile again and we will no longer need to look at or listen to him. I wonder if the Maggots will even be interested.

From him and for us until he lies moldering in the grave. I'm afraid he's going to be the most quoted and most interviewed ex-president in our nation's history. Corporate media wouldn't have it any other way.

the Media will have his trials (Federal and State) to take up the space. Then there will be the trials of his family (Federal and State). Then there will be the Congressional investigations into the corruption of the Trump Administration. Plus, investigations by the various U.S. (and our Allies) into the intelligence / secrecy / and collusion with Russia assets that will require our attention. Then there will be investigations as to whether Bill Barr (for Trump) might have had any role in Epstein's death either directly or indirectly. Then the various Police Agencies in the various cities where there have been mass shootings by people that felt that they were doing Trump biddings - determine if Trump might be liable in any way - which has to be reported by the Media. Then the Media will also get to report whether or not Trump (with Epstein) actually did rape the 14 year old girl (consensual or not). And somebody, maybe the Media plus an independent Justice Department also needs to explore the former Supreme Court Justice Kennedy unexpected resignation combined with his son's role with providing financial support/loans to Trump.

Hell, the question is whether or not we will ever be rid of Trump.

Then, I suspect that once the Farmers realize that the China market is never coming back - I suspect that some of them might be upset as they lose everything they own - and that might generate some media attention. I mean, you never know what the mentally ill white boys might do.

a lying, cheating, grifting, hateful, shit-stirring, racist, sexist, bigoted, life-destroying, egomaniaical, narcissistic threat to democracy and everything that is decent in this world.

And no, you can't take it, as evidenced by your incessant whinging on Twitter and elsewhere about how everyone is "being mean to you" and "Fake News". You are a weak, pathetic, immature, thin-skinned little snowflake.

And the media will not suffer, they will breathe a sigh of relief once they no longer have someone like you demonizing them and putting a target on their backs. There will always be news to report on, and there will be things much more interesting and worthwhile than your idiotic shenanigans.

What a sad little life you must live when it revolves around you, your ego and your relentless need for revenge and "getting even" with those who you perceived have wronged you in some way. You are a bitter, evil, useless, stupid person and I hope you go to your grave knowing that nobody has ever really loved you, or even liked you.

A whole bunch of investigative reporters "made their bones" digging around in his shit. Giving Pulitzers is going to be a very difficult choice for the next few years. So many scoops!

And TV comedians... they'll have to write their own material, instead of just reading the things trump has done/said and mugging into the camera.

Traffic at DU will slow down, too. Facebook will be filled with "what I made for dinner" posts, rather than trump memes.

Big changes coming when he's finally gone. The man is comedy/tragedy GOLD!
