The last time there was any possibility of tropical storm winds in Alabama was in the forecast from over 24 hours before Trump's tweet - Sat 0500 EDT (5% cumulative chance in the 5 days after that). By the last forecast before the tweet on Sunday morning, Alabama had been removed; but they had put Central Park, JFK Airport, Allenstown PA and Nantucket on the list. So "until the morning of Monday Sept 2" is a lie.
