NOAA backs Trump after the "sharpie pen" map.

NOAA said that Trump was correct about Alabama being affected by Dorian. NOAA is a government controlled agency. I think Trump ordered them to say he was correct?

And they will shred an entire agency's credibility, to do it. This makes me think that what some of us suspect is happening to trump* isn't even close to what IS happening to him.
