statement from earlier today that stated there was nothing wrong with the stops. Someone or maybe multiple people are demanding an investigation.

Of course there is something wrong. The military can not permit itself to have its legitimacy compromised by the corrupt conduct of a rogue president.

This wasn't just two stopovers, as the Air Force was implying (airmen staying at Trump's resort).

David Frum says:
Holy cow, US Air Force fuel purchases at Prestwick Airport started in October 2017 and have totaled $17.2 million, not the $11 million previously reported, according to

Unchecked, it could be anything! Probably only the tip of the iceberg. I wonder what other branches of the military have been following hinky procedures??

I saw a chart last night that showed them spending, in some cases, near 100K for a single day’s fueling.

I can hardly wait to find out how the kickback scheme was set up.

if financially-troubled Prestwick Airport were to shut down.

So he directs the Air Force to purchase fuel at Prestwick, to keep the airport near his golf course running.

The story won't turn out to be that personnel stayed at Turnberry. It'll be that Trump was propping up Prestwick to protect Turnburry.
