trump's not only supposed to obey the law, he's supposed to execute it. he does neither and another law isn't going to change him. a super majority will make him moot.

We in the USA can't gloat, of course.
Any proposed law requiring Donald Trump to obey the law wouldn't even get past committee in Moscow Mitch's Senate.
