Reading Joe Walsh's tweets....

Last edited Thu Sep 12, 2019, 08:55 AM - Edit history (1)

While pondering Joe Walsh's message, knowing that he will not defeat Orange Hitler (and that he knows that he will not defeat Orange Hitler) I considered what service Joe Walsh could perform.

What is missing from his message?

It quickly dawned on me that one thing I don't see today is anyone with the message that we need to work together to solve our problems. The right just wants to impose their will on the majority, and we are busy fending them off. In the meantime the simple, maybe naive, idea that we could work together has no real.champion. Naive or not I think idea deserves a champion.

Joe Walsh is a total asshole. I don't support him and never will, but I am not Joe Walsh either. I am a hard core Democrat.

Walsh would be catastrophic as president, IMHO but I am not pondering that. I am pondering Joe Waslh's possible beneficial role with respect to the sick cult which, to Walsh's credit, he has identified and opposed. If he could make a dent in their all or nothing cult mentality then I think Walsh would earn some respect.
