no one ever tells me what the charges are!

i mean, if he was caught hanging around with some cheese of questionable character, that's definitely not kosher, but probably not criminal.

They actually got away with that one. No arrests. His sister alibied him. Go figure.
Later on after college the Ham Sandwich fleeced some Broadway investors out of a million dollars.
That's why he was indicted.
