I am not a lawyer, but from what I saw he should be in a lot of trouble.

made by people who are in fact lawyers agree. They also tend to caution that the trouble is not going to appear tomorrow, or even next week, so anyone who is looking for a "do something fix" from these hearings will not get it.

that he is under no obligation to tell the truth except when under oath, or as he put it, when he raises his right hand and swears to God. THAT will make for a great Senate candidate. No obligation to tell the truth to the public.

Letting us all know up front he will brazenly, happily, gleefully even, lie right to our face?!

The irony is killing me!

After yesterday, he may have little choice.

Just watched the video of the last half-hour of testimony, where he was grilled by a skilled attorney. The perjurer couldn’t help mentioning the books he allegedly wrote. (Why am I reminded of the Art of the Deal?)
Yet another self-serving narcissist with delusions of grandeur and righteousness!

...the harder they fall!

to talk about some of the things he already published in his books. That was great research by the Berke team.
