Ex-GOP Rep Says Corey Lewandowski Just Gave Dems The First Article Of Impeachment Against Trump



While Corey Lewandowski tried to turn Tuesday’s hearing into a political circus – with the help of the Republican members of the House Judiciary Committee – a former GOP lawmaker says what he really did was give Democrats the first article of impeachment against Donald Trump.

During a discussion with MSNBC’s Chris Matthews, former Republican Rep. David Jolly said Lewandowski outed himself as a liar, but he also gave the committee some major ammunition in their ongoing impeachment investigation.

“Lewandowski gave House Judiciary Committee what they needed today for an article of impeachment against the president of the United States for obstruction of justice,” Jolly said.
