The whistleblower just got another lawyer to rep him/her:

Thursday:

NEW: The whistleblower is being represented by Andrew P. Bakaj,
a former CIA officer.
Others familiar with the whistleblower’s complaint have confirmed
to @politico that it involves the president’s communications.

An hour ago:

BREAKING NEWS: I am now formally part of legal team,
through @CompassRosePLLC & lead counsel
@AndrewBakaj, rep'ing #natsec #whistleblower at center
of current controversy.

Neither law firm @MarkSZaidPC nor @BradMossEsq
involved so Brad can continue to comment on WB policy/law.

Zaid’s profile:

Attorney handling cases involving national security, security clearances, govt investigations, media, Freedom of Information Act, & whistleblowing. Non-partisan

From Wikipedia:

...He was named as a 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 DC Superlawyer for his work on behalf of national security whistleblowers.

Especially when the whistleblower goes to the sheriff’s office to report a bank hold-up and finds the sheriff is the same guy he just saw rob the bank.

Is the fact that they are announcing their involvement immediately evidence of anything? Like they are beyond proud to be going after the criminal and danger to national security traitor Trump?

Who thinks the whistleblower might be Coats?

I guess since the DNI turned it over to the DOJ, quite a few people have probably read it.

They probably know his name.

He will probably need every lawyer he can get.

We're in new waters, so, he/she is going to need a solid plan and team.

I hope the entire gop is losing sleep over this, and we'll see if some resign just knowing this person is ready for battle.
