There is no "transcript". At best, a Trump aide listened in and jotted down what they thought

was important. The call was not taped. The "transcript" will say whatever it needs to say to make Trump look good---period.

Repeated reference to a "transcript" is intentionally misleading and the talking points have already been written with the uninformed and disinterested voters in mind: "Another nothingburger from the Socialist baby-killers!"

"Journalists" who continue to breathlessly await "the transcript" are either ignorant or complicit tools.

But really can you subpoena a foreign president? He is not subject to US law. You could probably ask nicely though.

Or an enterprising leaker could leak the recordings from Ukraine. I bet they would make a nice contrast to what Traitor Trump's transcripts say. Or maybe the little Russian is tired of Traitor Trump and would release his recording of the conversation. You know little Putin records everything from the oval office.
