Impeachment: The Democrats must keep it simple. Focus in on this High Crime.

The Ukraine Scandal. The Democrats have many investigations going on right now into the many high crimes committed by Trump. They should all continue but they should not all be used for impeachment. There are too many and it would take too long.

Focusing in on the Ukraine scandal the Democrats could bring forth multiple articles of impeachment. Abuse of power, breaking his oath of office, bribery, contempt of Congress just to name a few. That's all they need.

Keep it simple for the simpletons of America. Remember, most Americans could not handle the Mueller report. It was too deep for their brains. It was too much work for their brains.

...I suspect the average American could care less about withholding foreign aid to Ukraine, and wouldn’t think it merited removing a president. I think we need a whole laundry list of Trump crimes to spread the overarching message that “the guy is corrupt af in every realm of his behavior, and must go.”

2. I'm not sure I agree.

Trump should be held accountable for all his crimes. Having it take awhile may, just may, work to Dem's advantage, as the proceedings go deep into the election campaign. He'll be thrown off-balance, well, at least more than he already is.
I agree as far as his simpleton followers go, but they don't get that vote, the senators do. I suspect more than a few want him out, they at least aren't that stupid. Load up the crimes and they may be forced to take a long hard look in the mirror and ask themselves how they think history will judge them, and what kind of patriot they really are.

obstructing the investigations
obstructing justice
abuse of power
leaking classified info
emoluments

make the graft plain.
make the obstruction plain.

but yeah, maybe pass this one, and let it hang out there for a while as they sort out the other articles they think are undeniable.
