He seems decent but he is not qualified for his job. Perhaps on paper, but not in temperament. He is deferential. There is little doubt for me that he was easily manipulated by White House lawyers and the DOJ.

He made a conscious choice knowing that he was required to turn that complaint over to congress.

Considering the breadth of criminality in this WH, I don't care so much about punishing him vs getting to the truth on everyone in this conspiracy.
