Pattern and practice

Don't know why I'm not seeing this observation elsewhere - but unstated in this Ukraine election interference scandal is that it supports and is consistent with the allegations that drumpf solicited Russian interference in 2016!

I think the pattern as it relates to Barr is just as important here. genxlib Sep 2019 #7

in 2016 Trump was not President

And

This time he IS President AND there is the smoking gun of 1) involving the DOJ to investigate Biden and 2) actual solicitation of a foreign power to investigate a political rival.

this substantiates that he did this same thing in '16.

Pattern and practice. It's his MO.

this time we caught him in the act of soliciting the collusion AND admitting that he is using tax payer resources (both for the money approved for the Ukraine defense AND DOJ resources) to investigate his perceived political rivals.

He wasn't able to do that latter bit in 2016 because he wasn't President.

I"m sure I heard it mentioned on MSNBC last night and Stephanie Miller emphasized it on her radio program yesterday morning. Steph said that Trump has turned his back on Putin to get help from Putin's adversary in Ukraine.

The matter was discussed as Trump doing it before and he's doing it again now for the next election.

You're right. It needs be hammered at so the public "gets it". It's a bumper sticker in the making.

One of the many reasons that Barr should go down is so that it raises the red flag that everything he said about the Russia Investigation was BS.

In a righteous world, this will all work as pressure to revisit the outcome of Russia. If Barr has established a pattern of using the AG office to run interference on politically damaging info then Russia comes back into play.

For instance, where is that unredacted report anyway?
