This is what happens when everyone in DC is "Acting" and the administration is not prepared to rule

There's no one who knows explicitly what their job is and what the bureaucracy is supposed to be doing on a daily basis and on huge events like the one being discussed today.

trump removed any remnants from Obama's administration who know what's going on.

trump cannot adequately staff very important positions with people because the ones he want in positions would never pass Senate approval.

Maybe an honest broker at DNI would know what to do and how better to have handled this. This as well should be another article of impeachment. He's not fulfilling his duty to rule.

The DNI just said that when this happened he w as still using Garmin (gps) to get to work.

At first I thought all these people were being moved into positions because they were chump allies, but some of them are just there because it's so easy to manipulate and push them around.

This is TOTALLY, 100% by design... From day one Trump wanted his people to have these vague, nebulous job duties where they seem to be able to DO anything (hello, shadow Secretary of State Jared Kushner and shadow Chief of Staff/FLOTUS Ivanka to name a couple) while having direct accountability for nothing...

Much more difficult to prove wrongdoing when there's no clear job responsibilities or chain of authority....
