This one was, but who knows where the others are? Schiff can, and probably will, subpoena them all, but if they're not on that server, who knows where they are. It's one thing to demand stuff you have the right to examine. It's another to actually get it.

Agreed. We could just see more stonewalling. The subpoena of Pompeo, for instance, doesn't do any good if Pompeo simply ignores it. Even if legal action is taken to try and force compliance, it would be tied up in courts for who knows how long.

The Trump Administration must have really thought releasing the transcript was unavoidable and wouldn't hurt them too badly. But you know they'll do whatever they can to keep Dems from accessing the server in question.
