So, in some places, records are kept of menstrual cycles to better

monitor women.

I have an idea for better monitoring men. Equip each man with a pressure sensitive cuff for their masculine appendage and attach it to an LED display device that is required to be worn in a visible location. It would flash "BONER" anytime the man had an erection. That's valuable information for women who are in close proximity to a male human, I'd think.

The device would better protect women against sexual assault and other unwanted attentions, since they could simply back away slowly when they see the warning.

Full disclosure: If it's good for women, it's good for men, too.

ETA - Apparently, this is needed, as I learned from a later post.

I realize you’re at least partially joking.

Some men would consider it good advertising. I don’t think it would actually work out well for women in the end.

You have to hide your boner (because yes it happens to us all the time), and hopefully you never sexually assaulted anyone. Do you feel you needed a flashing red light warning?

Not sure how to get the alert into the ancient brain however. Hearing deteriorated, visual cues missed.
Ah, yes. A nice electric jolt. Should fix the "boner" problem also.

Actually, I inherited an older model Oldsmobile that had a similar system. If one (me) left on the turn signal for more than 20-30 seconds, it would start buzzing at me.

Old man.

civil rights protections from LGBTQ?

Trump Administration Erases Civil Rights Protections for Health and Human Services Programs
The Trump administration announced today that it would abandon civil rights rules for organizations receiving billions in taxpayer dollars.

Announced by HHS this morning, the rule immediately removes any requirement that recipients of grants from HHS enforce nondiscrimination rules that prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. Impacting all discretionary and non-discretionary grants across the Department, the rule will allow anti-transgender discrimination in HIV and STI prevention programs, opioid programs, youth homelessness services, health professional training, substance use recovery programs, and many other life-saving services addressing crises with a disparate impact on transgender people in the US.

HHS has already separately moved to allow discrimination in Medicare and Medicaid programs through the elimination of an Obama-era rule protecting transgender people from discrimination in health care. The rule announced today will also remove rules prohibiting discrimination on the basis of religion.

Mara Keisling, Executive Director for the National Center for Transgender Equality, provided the following statement:

That no good FILTHY FUCKING PIECE OF HUMAN SHIT in the WH along with Miller and ANYONE who supports them, no good fucking piles of SHIT...

These exist. If married, the key belongs to the wife, if not it belongs to the mother or parole officer. These women are legally responsible if his pecker gets out of control,so they must act very conservatively.

This is the cure for what ails the RW right to lifers. Put their junk in a cage, and only let it out under careful supervision. Then we would not need abortions.
