.

Per Wiki.

Mar-a-Lago (/ˌmɑːrəˈlɑːɡoʊ/) is a resort and national historic landmark in Palm Beach, Florida, built from 1924 to 1927 by cereal-company heiress and socialite Marjorie Merriweather Post. The 126-room, 62,500-square-foot (5,810 m2)[4] mansion contains the Mar-a-Lago Club, a members-only club with guest rooms, a spa, and other hotel-style amenities. It is located in Palm Beach County on the Palm Beach barrier island, with the Atlantic Ocean to the east and Florida's Intracoastal Waterway to the west.
.
.
In 1985, Mar-a-Lago was purchased by Donald Trump.[6] His wife at the time, Ivana Trump, was charged with running the property.[7] Trump retained Mar-a-Lago through both of his divorces. His family maintains private quarters in a separate, closed-off area of the house and grounds.[8]

It would be akin to someone having a condo unit in a large complex that they own. The complex is up for grabs, the living quarters is not. He would have to convert the whole property to a private residential estate.

Trump may indeed get indicted by the the NY AG, but that has nothing to do with the SDNY, which has recently been brought under Bill Barr's direct micromanagement.

Look for Rudy to be made the fall guy, conducting "rogue" foreign policy, without the knowledge of the President - they are getting desperate.

I doubt Mara Lago is owned directly by Trump himself - it is probably owned by a corporation. If so, it cannot be a homestead and does not count for the protections provided by that law.

the Trump organization. That makes info about these companies private, and his net worth so difficult to determine.

However, the Homestead exemption, which he and Melania have separately claimed, does have a limit on acreage.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Trump_Organization

The Trump Organization is a group of about 500 business entities of which Donald Trump is the sole or principal owner.[4] About 250 of these entities use the Trump name.[5][6] The organization was founded in 1923 by Donald Trump's grandmother, Elizabeth Christ Trump, and father, Fred Trump, as E. Trump & Son. Donald Trump began leading it in 1971, renamed it around 1973, and purported to hand off its leadership to several of his children in 2017.

The Trump Organization, through its various constituent companies and partnerships, has or has had interests in real estate development, investing, brokerage, sales and marketing, and property management. Trump Organization entities own, operate, invest in, and develop residential real estate, hotels, resorts, residential towers, and golf courses in various countries.[5][6][7] They also operate or have operated in construction, hospitality, casinos, entertainment, book and magazine publishing, broadcast media, model management, retail, financial services, food and beverages, business education, online travel, commercial and private aviation and beauty pageants.[8][9] Trump Organization entities also own the New York television production company that produced the reality television franchise The Apprentice.[10] Retail operations include or have included fashion apparel, jewelry and accessories, books, home furnishings, lighting products, bath textiles and accessories, bedding, home fragrance products, small leather goods, vodka, wine, barware, steaks, chocolate bars, and bottled spring water.[11]

Since the financial statements of the Trump Organization's holdings and Donald Trump's personal tax returns are both private, its true value is not publicly known, though a wide range of estimates have been made. Trump has publicly released little definitive financial documentation to confirm his valuation claims

It has no structure (officially) on the property and was sold to DJT by MAR A LAGO CLUB/MAR A LAGO CLUB INC in November 2001 for $10 on a quit claim deed.

Weird piece of property - too narrow to build on with a 15 foot strip behind a house next door.

https://www.pbcgov.com/papa/Asps/PropertyDetail/PropertyDetail.aspx?parcel=50434335050000203&srchtype=MASTER&srchVal=trump

There is no info on homestead exemption for this property - probably because it officially has no structure. There are some kind of structures on it, but they look like tents or mobile homes. The property backs up to the parking lot of Mar-a-lago.

http://oris.co.palm-beach.fl.us/or_web1/details.asp?doc_id=12084187&file_num=20010500331&doc_status=V

Trump does not even own the properties Trump International Golf Club is on - he leases it from Palm Beach County as three different parcels.

Mar A Lago is owned by MAR A LAGO CLUB INC, not Trump as an individual.
https://www.pbcgov.com/papa/Asps/PropertyDetail/PropertyDetail.aspx?parcel=50434335000020390&srchtype=ADV&owner=mar%20a%20lago&streetno=&prefix=&streetname=&suffix=&postdir=&unitno=&srchparcel=&range=&twp=&section=&book=&page=&legal=&subdiv=&muni=&zip=&usetype=&condo=

If Trump owns a condo, that can be a homestead property - but it depends on how the agreement for the condo/apartment is written:
https://www.flsenate.gov/Laws/Statutes/2018/Chapter718/All - see 718 (d) 6
https://www.florida-probate-lawyer.com/probate/florida-homestead-law-condos-and-co-ops/

Florida is an open records state - you can look up property under his or his corporations names in Palm Beach County here:
https://www.pbcgov.com/papa/?redirect=1

Corporations registered in Florida can be found a the Division of Corporations - the easiest way is to search for registered agent and just use the last name: https://dos.myflorida.com/sunbiz/search/

Most of the Trump (Donald & Donald Jr) corporations are inactive as far as the Florida Division of Corporations is concerned.

Maybe the laws changed and he thought Delaware would be a better place for his corporation.

According to the property ownership MarALago is still a operating corporation.

My Dad had a piece of property that was owned by him, a business associate, and a trust. The trust no longer existed and the partner had died and left his share to Dad. The county where the property is wanted to claim road frontage but we could find nothing about the trust. Nothing had been filed with the state and Dad had no records on it. His attorneys whose firm had handled Dad's business for over forty years had nothing on it.

The executor had to spend tens of thousands of dollars to clear the title, just so the county could claim eminent domain and pay a pittance for a sliver of land.

Once a deed is recorded, the county/state does not care who the owner is so long as the taxes are paid.

by doing this, or that, or whatever. All this proves is he is stupider than we thought before.

By doing this, or that, or whatever, Donald Trump sets up a game for really smart people. Those really smart people enjoy the game, because they (the real smart people) will beat stupid Donnie. Stupid Donnie cannot outsmart the smart people, because Donald is much too stupid to do this. Also the people who "Stupid Donnie" has working for him now, are not really that smart. (almost as stupid as "Stupid Donnie" because they work for "Stupid Donnie" and, Stupid Donnie will lose and lose big.) He hasn't got a clue, says Stu...
