(6,058 posts)Can't they see that if there was an Antichrist, Trump would be so exactly him?

(7,261 posts)They've been waiting for the end of times since the first coming. Drumpf as the harbinger of Armageddon would please them to no end.

However, Trump needs all the help he can get over the next few months as the allegations come out, one by one, and the lies are exposed, one by one, IN PUBLIC.
Next WH photo op: Trump and the Ouija board?

(25,342 posts)He's a narcissist, but even he likely can't believe that people worship him like this.
I'm sure he loves it and loves the attention, but it has to boggle even his mind a bit.

(13,392 posts)He was having a light moment on the bench when they were losing. He looks and sees he's on camera and you could see the oh shit look on his face. Then he bows his head and does the praying thing like people expect to see.
I liked watching him play. I think he was crazy to not go to Jacksonville where he would have had the best chance to start. I think they still love the guy down there and would have stuck with him longer.

(12,712 posts)To repent means to turn around. To sin means to miss the mark. I would suggest they repent and see their sin, in that case. It is not like this isn't expected and spelled out clearly in their own Gospel, but the blind are leading the blind. McChristians a bane, not a blessing in this case!
Luke 13:25
After the master of the house gets up and shuts the door, you will stand outside knocking and saying, 'Lord, open the door for us.' But he will reply, 'I do not know where you are from.'
Matthew 7:23
Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness!'
Romans 2:13
For it is not the hearers of the Law who are righteous before God, but it is the doers of the Law who will be declared righteous.
Matthew 12:33
Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad; for a tree is known by its fruit.
Matthew 7:16
Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
Titus 3:14
And our people must also learn to devote themselves to good works in order to meet the pressing needs of others, so that they will not be unfruitful.

(23,810 posts)Honestly, this ain't changing a goddam thing with Trump. They could do it 24/7 for the rest of his pResideny and he is not going to change.
Just a bunch of tele-christiens pretending that their prayers and hand layings will make him god-like. They are the 2nd tier scam artists paying homage to the Biggest Con.
If they could be successful in getting Trump to nlbe Christ-like.....he'd "lock them up".

Photo looks like he's fallen asleep standing, typical of children in church. Preachers are propping him up so he doesn't bust his face on the table.
