Trevor Noah Asks Hillary Clinton: 'How Did You Kill Jeffrey Epstein?'

For those who may not get it he's being sarcastic.
---------------------------------------------------------

Hillary Clinton paid a visit to The Daily Show on Thursday to plug a book co-authored by Clinton and her daughter, Chelsea, called The Book of Gutsy Women. But host Trevor Noah started the interview with a joke question.

“I have to ask you a question that has been plaguing me for a while: How did you kill Jeffrey Epstein?” Noah asked. The question elicited a laugh from the former secretary of state. But the host continued, getting to a larger point that has haunted Clinton since she’s been in the political public eye.

Noah went on to do something that so many Clinton supporters have failed to do while defending her over the years. And that is to effectively surface the contradictions and utter foolishness of ascribing the vast amount of conspiracies to her and yet, with all of her seeming cunning and influence, she has failed, not once, but twice in her attempts to win the presidency.

“Because you’re not in power, but you have all the power. I really need to understand how you do what you do, because you seem to be behind everything nefarious, and yet you do not use it to become president.” The host then added, “Honestly, what does it feel like being the boogeyman to the right?”

and what does it say about the future of this country? When people can no longer determine what truth is. I worry about the world our children and grandchildren are going to inherit from us.

It’s just beyond ridiculous. They’re SO threatened by her. I don’t get it.

I just do not get it.

What - does she give them some kind of a complex? Jealousy maybe? Resentment of all her impressive accomplishments, or her keen intellect, or her fearlessness in the face of constant attack, or the glaring superiority of her mind AND her heart, and her decades-long efforts for the greater good? After which she got rich anyway, through her own hard work? Unhappy that a girl is smarter than they are?

I’ve been wondering about this since 1992. I’m just at a loss to explain how or why she’s so damn threatening to them.

I do NOT get it.

But what I do know is what that says about THEM. And it ain’t good.

From her work exposing discrimination in education to health care for children, she has proven them wrong.

She is still an existential threat to right-wingers.

Hillary has worked to strengthen the party for decades. AOC adopted Bernie’s negative campaigning style and her Justice Dems spend inordinate amounts of time attacking incumbent Democrats and the party. I find it hard to work up any sympathy for the press not going easy on her, but she hasn’t had to endure a milifraction of the abuse and conspiracies heaped on HRC.

The comparison is silly.

The actions taken against Clinton are nothing like how THEY are treating AOC. When AOC is accused of having a hit list of people she's taken out, has a conspiracy assigned to her for every event in America, is blamed for the actions of men around her, and has to sit through 11 hours of bullshit testimony about emails, then maybe we will talk.

I'm a male and I've seen it play out. I've also seen strong women leaders who are so concerned about being perceived as weak that they bend over backwards to be the harshest person in the room.
