Carroll’s allegations were initially made public earlier this year, and join those of roughly two dozen women who accuse the president of inappropriate behavior, groping, forcible kissing, and sexual assault at various points of his career.

Trump has broadly denied all these allegations, and specifically said of Carroll that she was “not my type.”

But the media lose interest in it remarkably quickly. Will Ms. Carroll make the rounds of the talk shows and be invited to talk to all the gatekeepers of our public discourse? Or is this story old news already?

2. Well, I don't know why *ALL* of the complainants aren't constantly in view, just invisible

Ms CARROLL did several interviews back when she first made the allegation, but back then she was refusing to press charges - so the original story is "old news" but what's new is that she *IS* filing suit and joining the other complainants now.

3. I'm glad she's pressing charges now

When she came out with this but said she wasn’t pressing charges it was hurting a lot of women who have been assaulted by Trump. She didn’t expect to be thrown to the curb and dismissed like she was. I’m glad she’s come back fighting. You can’t just let bullies get a pass.
