tarriffs, which is what is being floated about as part of this "phase I trade deal", it will mean that his trade war was a complete boondoggle, puts things back to what they were before, and doesn't address the intellectual property issue.
and I really believe much of the public is going to fall for this con, which I think the media for the most part will push

point that will be used, how trump had a "victory" and won by his tarriffs, which is the furthest thing from the fact
