How can impeachment for Trump go forward

while Mike Pence was a co-conspirator in the same crime...with no aparent cosequence?

Should Barr, Sondland, Pompeo, and Guliani not be facing prison time? With a corrupted DOJ, can SDNY remain independent from Bill Barr?

The consequences of these crimes MUST be more than symbolic. Will the next President have the courage to proceed? Will he/she be tempted to "let it go" in an effort to heal the nation?

I certainly hope not. ALL of them are criminals.

should look back at Iran Contra and figure out how it went wrong.

We may find out how wide sweeping the pardon power actually is.

Assuming Trump loses the 2020 election, I got to think he will seek a pardon from Pence after resigning.

No way the Republicans will allow both to be removed. I can't imagine even one will be removed.

At the end of the day, Trump has to be Trump. He will commit another crime after the Dems take over.
