Is anyone familiar with the GOTV in Kentucky?

I wasn't involved in this race at all, and welcome anyone who was, or knows about it chiming in here.

and go Kentucky, except when they’re playing Wisconsin in Basketball. Oh, and they’re playing the #1 in the country, fellow BIG 10 team, Michigan State.
