4. He has to go to court and seek the OK of a judge to get a recount. It's never a sure thing.

It sounds to me that if Bevin isn't able to document a REASON the original count could be wrong, the judge won't OK a recount.

It's great that the northern KY counties that are very much south suburbs of Cincinnati went for Beshear. It gives me hope that the big northern burbs that were strong trump counties will end up going blue.

Lots of hope here...unless your name in McConnell.

This should be a wake up call to Mitch that Trump's coat tails don't have the kick that Trump claims. Once Trump loses that, he's got nothing.
