Bloomberg is not even comparable to Trump, and pretty much made his own success.

(35,454 posts)And as he came to the end of his second term as mayor he made a deal with the head of the city council, Christine Quinn, whereby they would overturn that vote and he then got to run for a 3rd term. It was very hush hush and very little said about it until he was running again. He also has/had a tendency towards autocracy. He's not a grifter and as far as I know, he doesn't steal but I don't want to see another billionaire in the WH telling us all what to do.

(35,454 posts)and has done a lot of good but he has issues and there is a reason he was called a nanny. I think we can do better. If he wants in a cabinet position nmight be a good fit for him, like the EPA.

My only point was that I don't think he is a "lying cheating billionaire", though we are all aware of those that fit into that category
I just don't think he is one of them
I also don't think he should be President, and he won't be
