for public impeachment hearings next week?

Edit to add: iirc 'everyone' tuned in to Watergate. Has our attention span diminished? Not mine

I honestly think that the average person would not put down their phone long enough to watch a bunch of politicians squabbling on t.v. I can't think of a single person I know who would consider watching it.

Or the news will watch it. And those of us with a brain know it will be Team democrats and the truth and Team Trump and his lies.

Like we really don’t need to watch a thing to already know that. Everyone does.

People don’t have to watch it to know what’s happening. It will be in every single news outlet and station all the time. It will be all over DU all day long for as long as it lasts. It’ll be the same on sites like Buzzfeed and blogs everywhere. Twitter will have hundreds of tweets about it all day long too. It will be the leading story on all local news stations every evening.

It will be impossible to NOT hear about it.

But by now everyone EXPECTS Trump to act illegally, immorally and be just plain disgusting. And they don't expect anyone to do anything about it
