or heckled. I would guess just about everywhere he goes now, he's getting booed, heckled, etc. unless the rally attendees are paid (in advance I would say too, with rump's reputation of stiffing contractors, everybody else.

This way he get a big crowd, doesn't pay out a dime, doesn't have to give a speech and convinces himself that everyone loves him.

Cheap and lazy.
