from JoAnne Kloppenburg,

posted earlier in LBN:

Thanks to the overwhelming support from across all 24 counties in the Court of Appeals district, we submitted over 3100 nomination signatures (three times the amount required!) to the Government Accountability Board to get my name on the ballot for an open seat on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.

No other candidate registered for this seat. I will be honored to serve the people of Wisconsin as a fair, impartial judge and to join with the distinguished judges on the Court of Appeals.

I want to thank all of you who helped in this effort. I am grateful that you took the time to talk to your friends, family and neighbors about my campaign. I hope you will continue spreading the word about my candidacy over the next three months. I still need your help, your support, and most importantly for all of you who live in the 24 counties in District 4 - your vote - on April 3rd.

Best wishes for a New Year filled with health, happiness and peace.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

JoAnne Kloppenburg
