There's also a graph of it at the above link -- by default from 1/2009 (Obama's inaugural month) thru 10/2019. One can adjust the dates if one wishes (all the way back to 1972). But anyway it shows a clear continuation of the Obama trend -- the decline hasn't sped up or anything like that.

Most people recognize he wouldn’t have taken any special steps to help Obama’s trend along. He deserves no credit.
