In any case... surrounding him with smelly garbage trucks is totally appropriate.

Second, private collection for businesses are handled by private firms that have long been rumored to be run by the mob.

(302 posts)to use those big NYC Sanitation Dept. trucks to block off streets for temporary security measures where they might be afraid of a car bomb or the like.
But it does seems extra appropriate with Trump, though.
