(16,616 posts)They should say "Jordan tried to disrupt the hearing by exposing the name of the whistleblower, which really isn't all that important at this point and has been floating around for a couple of weeks. The really important stuff happened on the witness stand, so let's dig into that..."

(16,844 posts)I read that the Senate, at first, would not seat racist Mississippi Senator Theodore Bilbo. I've never heard if the House can expel anyone or refuse to let them convene with the other reps.

(17,984 posts)Dave Yost, Ohio Attorney General they needed to do something about Jim Jordan since a Referee had filed a suit that he knew about the abuse.
Yesterday I received a very nice call from his office agreeing with me, but there hands were tied until the case was tried.
We had a nice discussion about the mess in DC.
Understand, this is a Republican AG. Jordan is an embarrassment to them, too.

(5,812 posts)I am of the opinion that during our lifetime, most (if not all of us) have truthfully and not for harm or revenge, "told on someone." To think that the mantra of the GOP is to out those who are acting to protect or save something or someone from harm, leads to being outed as a reward...not a good stance to take IMO. Goes against general human nature.
