Nevertheless, my assumption in this case is that Rep. Jordan has at least enough self-awareness to know he could not pass the bar exam.

I too am pleased that he is not a member of the bar.

There was a moment when Jordan went off on a tangent and Schiff warned him he only had 30 seconds left, in a very calm but subtly snarky way. Jordan got flustered and yielded his time. Very well played Chairman Schiff.
