When your job is to observe and report, it's NOT hearsay!

I'm a supervisor. When my field person comes to me and reports issues, they are doing their job. It's called fucking UPWARD REPORTING!

Someone explain that to Gym Jordan.

Even if he sees it personally, he doesn't "report" anything.

It's all "he said - he said" in his experience.
