I love DU, and all the brilliant contributors. That tag, this AM made me choke on my tea. Listen to Stephanie everyday, not for sanity, that ship sailed, but for a guaranteed laugh. Laughing will save us. Have not called in for months, but Stephanie, hot tea and DU during breaks, prepare me for another day of GOP hell. I just hoped Shaun would not dump it, but if you say it as one word, adding the "ET" it is perfectly PG. but the meaning, is spot on. also recall 2005-07 using Sirius radio to tape her show and listen while on the beach with my kids. But Stephanie would probably kid around and say is 35. Anyway, she is great talent. Oh and I recall she was an MSNBC quest host for 2 weeks years ago, I think. Her show really didn’t translate to television to well.

Carol Burnette once said she looks 35 and a listener's child said the same recently. She is "Going" with that, an ongoing joke on the show. Her workout regiment is legendary. Amazing lady and most important voice for so many.

and that was almost 30 years ago. Her on-air name was "Sister-Sleaze". That was to pair with "Brother Wease", the other radio personality on the show. So that would make her.......quite a bit older than 35. Nice lady though, I've met her several times. Her father was also Barry Goldwater's running mate in the 1964 presidential election. She grew up republican, but as is the case with so many kids who had republican parents (myself included, my Dad was a politician) we ran in the opposite direction.

Steph's Happy Hour has amazing weekly guests and there is drinking and unapproved radio language. They all give a "jolt" of hope with their guests and intellectual conversations with passionate liberals in this current hell Scape of Fox/GOP lie fest, democracy tear down.
