There wasn’t a medical emergency at all. Being the asshole narcissist that he is, he staged the whole Walter Reed deal to grab the headlines and derail the public from his daily failures, his inability to help repuke candidates and his all overall criminality out in the open with the impeachment hearing.

He’s trying to garner a little “sympathy for the devil” from the nation, but no one gives a shit and actually hoped he was in worse shape.

I know this is way out there, but I put nothing past the orange asshole and his room full of crooked dopes.
