One of the justifiable criticisms of this place is that it can be nothing more than a pretty big echo chamber. And while it may be nice to check in here for some like minded affirmations, don’t get the idea that everything posted here is unvarnished truth.

1. In the middle of a grim situation, it's only human to wish for a deus ex machina that solves things. (It wouldn't, but that's another post.)

2. Trump lies about everythimg. If he's lying about his trip to Walter Reed, it's (again) only human to wonder what the truth actually is.

And there’s video of him entering an SUV with his doctor in a rush. And he’s carrying a yellow box of some sort.

Also, no sign of Trump today and the press has been told he won’t be seen tomorrow.
