Can someone clarify for me as I am not able to watch the testimony...
LT COL Vindman heard the phone call on tape or he was on an extension listening in?

3. According to testimony I heard/watched today, both Col. Vindman and Ms. Williams listened
to the call in real time, along with other staffers, in a dedicated "listening room".

5. There is a secure room for the purpose of auditing presidential phone calls. Several people
listen and take notes. Standard for all presidential calls.
