And the people in all the waiting rooms were watching intently. Was in the parking lot and a couple of cars had occupants eating lunch and streaming the proceedings.

(23,530 posts)I was watching it from home with the post shingle shot flu fevers achy. But, hey public service announcement, GET YOUR SHINGLE SHOT if you are over 50. A one day flu is better than what my relative went through when the shingles attacked his vocal chords and he couldn't eat and for month had a g tube and lots of pain. (Well gabapentin eventually helped the pain a lot).

(28,787 posts)they said they don't have to work much and are watching the hearings. we all talked about Vindman's dad. In fact i had a counseling appt and we discussed that too.
so yes, among the people i know the interest is very big. sad exception? my own 36-year-old son, who simply refuses to watch. I've tried every thing i can come up with and nope. makes me feel as if i failed at motherhood.
