a thought about subpoenas and scotus. correct me if i'm wrong.

first i will say that i predict scotus will duck quite a few of these shit bombs. what they take and what they duck should be interesting.
that said, i think they will take a couple of them, just to explain the constitution to the idiot king.
i think subpoenas will be one.

now, correct me here, but once they swat the first bit on nonsense falls, they all fall.

kaboom. just in time for the senate trial.
maybe sooner.

does anybody have specifics on what is headed up and how close it is?

i dont think they are gonna let spanky push them all that hard.
i dont think roberts wants to be his dog, and i think they have pushed some incredibly stupid legal theories that should quite rightly be laughed out of court.

but w so many, i really think they have to speak.

No one is above the law and in this particular case the statute says the taxes SHALL be provided with no weasel clauses.
